Please be sure to read our cancellation and refund policy below.

Refund Policy

Full refunds (minus a 25% processing fee, based on the total cost of the course) can be requested up to 2 weeks before the date of the course. We cannot issue refunds within two weeks of the start date of the course. We do not offer partial refunds. Please ensure you can attend all modules before registering for a course.

Registration Transfer

Registration can be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the start of the course. We cannot transfer registration or provide refunds or vouchers for missed modules after a course begins.

Cancellation Policy

If an entire course is cancelled by us, we will issue participants a full refund.
