During this event, we’ll guide you through the first four steps of the P-Process—research, design, test, and monitor—using AI tools to tackle real-world SBC challenges. Each day, you’ll engage in a focused task:

  • Day 1: Inquire – Research and understand the problem you’re addressing.
  • Day 2: Design Strategy – Develop a tailored strategy using the most effective frameworks and techniques.
  • Day 3: Create, Test & Mobilize – Co-design prototypes, simulate audience responses, and finalize your communication strategies along with a monitoring plan.

Facilitated by Sarah Osman, Nicola Harford, and Stephanie Coker, SBC Working Group Leads, this event is all about practical, hands-on learning. We’ll provide you with a set of questions to explore and suggest AI tools that can assist you along the way, ensuring that you gain real, applicable skills in AI-powered SBC strategy design.

To get the most out of the sessions, you’ll need to spend about two hours working on each of the tasks. Expect vibrant discussions and collaborative problem-solving as you and other participants experiment with AI tools in a supportive Slack environment. This event is an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, share insights, and discover new ways to apply AI in your work.

We’ll also provide a space for reflection on how these AI tools can shape future research agendas for SBC, focusing on the critical need for practical examples and early-stage data that could guide our strategies moving forward.
