Data Orchard’s Data Maturity Framework
This Data Maturity Framework has been developed specifically for the not-for-profit sector. It was created by Data Orchard CIC and replaces a first version published in January 2017 in partnership with DataKind UK. It is freely available for non-profit use licenced under Creative Commons Licence: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). The framework presents the five stages of progress in data maturity for organisations: Unaware, Emerging, Learning, Developing, and Mastering together across each of the seven key themes: Data, Tools, Leadership, Skills, Culture, Uses and Analysis.
